APPLEGREEN USA CENTRAL SERVICES LLC in South Carolina is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing daily operations during assigned shifts. You will oversee a crew, ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards, and coach team members.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. The position emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence to drive Store KPIs and brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work across all shifts and flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds at times.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsabilités

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members and performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
