Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with money handling and shift reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations during shifts.
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation.
• Support FOH and BOH teams in real time.
• Monitor service speed and guest experience.
• Delegate tasks to keep energy high.
• Count cash drawer accurately; assist end-of-day procedures.
• Execute shift checklists and maintain prep.
• Train new team members on brand standards.
• Communicate wins and needs to the General Manager.
• Handle shift-level decisions on guest recovery and coverage.
• Maintain pace and professionalism from start to finish.
