Qualifications

• 2–5 years GM experience in food, beverage, or retail.
• Empathetic, clear, consistent leadership.
• Thrives in fast-paced, guest-centric environments.
• Hands-on operator with proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety, cost control.
• ServSafe certified or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of Bonrue standards in hospitality, speed, and food quality.
• Own on-site customer experience and brand presentation.
• Ensure proper food prep, cleanliness, safety, and team performance.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and documentation for new team members.
• Train and mentor staff with clear, consistent coaching.
• Lead monthly team meetings and daily feedback.
• Analyze weekly P&L, sales metrics, and cost trends to improve profitability.
• Manage restaurant ordering and supplier relationships.
• Maintain proper food storage, kitchen sanitation, and rotation.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Create labor-conscious schedules.
• Send weekly performance and operations reports to leadership.
• Model positive energy and service leadership.
