Qualifications

• GM experience in food, beverage, or retail environments (2–5 years).
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Food Handler’s Permit and valid driver's license.
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage food and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day restaurant operations from hiring to guest satisfaction.
• Lead on-site customer experience and brand presentation.
• Ensure food prep, safety, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and documentation for new team members.
• Coach and mentor team with clear feedback and performance reviews.
• Analyze weekly P&L, sales metrics, and cost trends to improve profitability.
• Manage restaurant ordering and supplier relationships.
• Create labor-conscious schedules and report to leadership.
• Maintain cash handling and invoice documentation.
