Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food service or hospitality experience.
• Confident leading a team and directing others under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling cash and shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintain store standards.
• Coordinate FOH and BOH teams in real time and monitor guest experience.
• Assist training of new team members and reinforce brand expectations.
• Communicate wins and challenges to the General Manager.
• Maintain pace and professionalism from start to finish.
