Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, coach crew members, and drive results during shifts. You will partner with the management team to execute business initiatives, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food safety and service in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on leadership, coaching, and daily operations, with responsibilities ranging from shift planning to ensuring health and safety compliance and assisting with hiring and labor management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Excellence tasks and ensure clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with screening candidates and labor management.
• Oversee inventory, cash control, and security procedures.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
