Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Georgia is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our fast-paced, people-first culture on every shift. You’ll serve as a servant leader, model our manifesto, and coach the crew to deliver mind-blowing guest experiences.

Responsibilities include leading the shift, managing inventory and operations, training new Broistas, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. Availability includes 32 hours/week and flexible schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Successfully completed the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better) and on time.
• A prerequisite to employment is to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required based on state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under the Dutch Bros required standards for company policies and federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver mind-blowing customer experiences and uphold Dutch Bros standards.
• Manage the shift and ensure team energy and readiness for specials or promotions.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally, covering the Manifesto during training.
• Assist in inventory, set up next shift, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and communicate with shop leadership about wins and opportunities.
