Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in San Diego is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to ensure the highest quality cakes, a warm guest experience, and strong store performance.

You will coach team members, support daily operations, and help drive sales while ensuring NbC standards are followed. This franchise role requires flexibility across shifts and offers opportunities for advancement within the growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Demonstrated success coaching others, training new team members, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead alongside bakery management to drive sales and profitability.
• Deliver a superior guest experience while upholding NbC standards.
• Schedule and supervise daily operations and coach staff to meet productivity goals.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
