Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Augusta, AR is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will serve as a servant leader, communicating feedback to leadership and supporting the team to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience.

You will train new Broistas, model operational standards, manage the shift, prepare for promotions, count tills, restock, keep the shop clean, and partner with the Shop Manager to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Successful completion of the most recent flowcheck (90% score or better) and on time.
• A Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Able to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates and training per company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience; solve problems on shift.
• Manage the shift and ensure Broistas are prepared for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Model and meet all expectations of the Broista role; train new Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Set up the next shift for success: count tills, deposits, restock, maintain cleanliness, and communicate wins/opportunities to leadership.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to policies; support inventory and shop setup/cleanliness; follow QA inspections and accountability processes.
