Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When managers are offsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite; ensure smooth operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Work with store management and crews; supervise activities and direct tasks.
• Assist customers, handle complaints, promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and merchandise presentation; stock shelves and reset departments as needed.
