Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will support store management, drive execution, and deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are away.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week, opportunities to lead a team, and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff in the absence of management and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers, handle questions and complaints, and uphold CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
