Able Too Work is seeking a store associate with leadership experience to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service. You will open/close the store, assist with deliveries, handle cash and refunds, and support inventory and merchandising efforts.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience, following policies, and maintaining accurate records across registers and stockrooms. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Opens and closes the store, handles cash, and ensures floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Handles returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and assists customers as needed.
• Liaises with team on inventory, pricing, merchandising, and displays.
• Maintains store cleanliness, signage, and compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping tasks, vendor deliveries, and backroom processes.
• Supports management in problem resolution and service recovery.
