Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers with a friendly greeting and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close and assist with vendor deliveries and backroom access.
• Register all sales accurately, review order exceptions, and support reverse logistics and pricing tasks.
• Assist with displays, resets, and seasonal or promotional merchandise, maintaining stock and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain inventory counts and stock room organization, ensuring compliance with store procedures.
