Save A Lot is seeking a Shift Lead to direct daily store activities in the absence of management. You will open/close the store, supervise team members, handle cash procedures, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. You will resolve customer issues and maintain excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and willingness to travel between locations as needed; prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Previous supervisory or lead responsibilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Direct day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner and resolve complaints.
• Handle cash procedures, till prep and gift card sales/returns.
• Complete store reports and escalate issues to management.
• Fulfill cashier and stocking duties as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
