Native American Talent is seeking a reliable store associate to support daily operations in Albany. You will open/close the store, process transactions, assist customers, and help maintain inventory and displays.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience and compliance with pricing and safety guidelines. Ideal candidates have at least one year of leadership or key holder experience, excellent English communication, and a commitment to teamwork.

Formación

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store, handles cash and ensures floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory counts and stockroom organization; supports displays and resets.
• Assists with vendor deliveries through backdoor access and order processing.
• Registers sales with accurate records, handles price verifications and voids.
• Reviews order exceptions and supports reverse logistics (returns, etc.).
• Develops displays, seasonal layouts, and promotional merchandise; performs resets.
• Maintains pricing signage and complies with local regulations and pricing tasks.
• Performs bookkeeping tasks: cash reports, counts, ledgers, and bill payments.
• Maintains clean store condition and requests repairs as needed.
• Separates food from non-food items and manages stock rotation; uses FIFO.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Supports pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products.
• Bag checks for team members before leaving the store.
• Follows company policies and maintains respectful coworker relationships.
• Completes special assignments as requested.
