• Process product returns, refunds, and cash drops accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, and displays to support promotions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Operate store systems and cash registers and report discrepancies.
