Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and manage cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change as needed.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with and coach team members on inventory, pricing, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure pricing signage is correct.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping as requested.
