Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, start systems, and ensure floor and stock room are ready.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assists with and coaches other team members in vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures proper pricing and signage across departments.
• Assists with basic bookkeeping tasks, cash reports, and recording transactions as needed.
