Aufgaben

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits to deliver outstanding service.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management as necessary and assists with vendor deliveries through backdoor access.
• Registers all sales accurately, including handling scanning errors, price verifications, and voids, and reviews order exceptions with management.
• Assists with inventory accuracy, price changes, signage, promotions, and basic bookkeeping activities.
• Maintains clean, neat store appearance and coordinates with management on repairs and maintenance.
