Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and store readiness.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model excellent customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations including inventory, pricing, and cashier duties.
• Coordinate with management and team members to communicate tasks and handle disciplinary issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and local regulations as required.
