Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store health by monitoring inventory, pricing signage, basic department pricing, and displays; assists with stock rotation and backroom organization.
• Assists with handling vendor deliveries, order reviews, and reverse logistics as needed.
• Performs bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports, counts, ledgers, and bill payments when requested.
• Supports compliance with state laws regarding regulated products and ensures store cleanliness and appearance.
