Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assists with inventory accuracy, pricing, and displays, and supports backroom and vendor processes as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with policies and procedures.
