Job summary

Walgreens is looking for a hands-on associate who can open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the day. You will help with returns, refunds, and vendor deliveries while delivering a standout customer experience.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, pricing tasks, and assisting with displays. Strong English communication and prior leadership in retail are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership or supervisory or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control; valid PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, perform system startups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing; assist with shelf displays and resets.
• Assist with vendor deliveries through back door operations and ensure store readiness.
