Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to manage cash, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs; maintain health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with labor management and cash control.
• Support training and coaching of Team Members.
• Handle conflicts and assist GM with candidate screening.
• Maintain inventory and health and safety standards.
