Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC routines are executed.
• Coach team members and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with hiring, scheduling, cash control, and labor.
