Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on training and performance feedback.

You will also oversee food safety, quality, and orders, assist with hiring, cash handling, inventory, and labor management, while maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience (preferred)
• 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Effective communication, leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Basic math skills for cash handling

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet Taco Bell's standards and drive team performance
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide regular feedback to the GM
• Oversee shift tasks, cleanliness, and food safety/quality
• Assist with hiring, cash control, inventory, and labor management
• Maintain health and safety standards and facility upkeep
• Communicate operations updates and participate in training Team Members
• Support GM with profit and loss management and policy adherence
