Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, resolve guest concerns, and uphold the brand’s high standards. You will coach Team Members, collaborate with the GM, and drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic math skills and cash handling.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management through cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
