Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at a Jersey Mike's location. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high-quality food preparation, and help execute the Jersey Mike's experience with strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities include cash handling, following training programs, developing others for growth, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
