Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in running a Jersey Mike's location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike's experience while handling cash and following established training programs.

You will lead by example in customer service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold policies with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.Transportation is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
