ModWash in Youngstown, OH is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, educating guests on value of memberships, and driving package sales at the pay station and tunnel entrance.

You will work with a fun, energetic team, support opening/closing shifts, and help maintain a clean, welcoming facility while staying compliant with policies. Base pay is $15.50 per hour plus monthly commission.
