Job summary

ModWash in Youngstown, OH is growing its guest experience team. As a Guest Experience Member you’ll drive membership sales while ensuring every guest has an outstanding car wash experience and clear understanding of value of unlimited packages.

You’ll greet customers warmly, present ModWash options, guide them through packages, and collaborate with the team to hit sales goals. A passion for service and flexible availability including evenings and weekends are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guideand assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.
