Job summary

ModWash in Youngstown, OH is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will greet customers, explain membership options, and guide them to the best plan for their needs.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, keeping the site clean, and assisting teammates to meet sales goals while ensuring safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.
• Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.
• Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled and maintain site standards.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
• Seek ways to improve the business and ensure compliance with policies.
