Sonic Drive-In seeks an Assistant Manager to help lead and manage the drive-in’s operations and employees during assigned shifts. You will oversee shift activities, train staff, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while maintaining cost controls and service quality.

The role requires prior restaurant management experience and the ability to manage a team, schedule staffing, and perform opening/closing duties. This is a nonexempt, on-site position with varied hours.

Qualificações

• At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor labor, inventory and costs during shift to maximize efficiency.
• Comply with company policies and enforce standards.
• Perform all station duties as necessary during shift.
• Regular attendance.
