Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, and coaches team members, carhops, and skating carhops.
• Directs drive-in staff to meet service standards.
• Ensures compliance with the employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Adjusts staffing, inventory, and food cost controls.
• Completes weekly inventory.
• Maintains files, records, and required documentation.
• Prioritizes customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Responds to guest requests and resolves complaints.
