Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members and ensure Shift Excellence tasks are completed and appearances are neat.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance and business needs.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
