Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations and lead a high-energy team. You will coach team members, ensure fast, accurate orders, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards.

You’ll work with the GM on staffing, training, and performance feedback to maintain excellent guest experiences. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant or retail experience with some shift lead exposure, strong communication, and the ability to move up to 45 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; strong organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute shift duties with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Coach Team Members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Oversee cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and timely order preparation.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relationships.
• Support GM with candidate screening and training.
