Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive guest satisfaction, lead shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and partner with the management team to support restaurant initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide Team Members to execute Shift Excellence tasks.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with recruiting and labor management.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards.
