Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a team member for part‑time shifts to support store operations and the General Manager. You will be the face of Firehouse Subs, delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring daily procedures are followed with integrity.

Responsibilities include customer service, cash handling, and operating kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Basic computer and register skills are required, and willingness to work in a fast‑paced setting is essential.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through‑out assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in walk‑in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer and guest experience.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions following cash handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant.
• Operate food preparation machinery and adhere to food safety guidelines
