Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking part-time crew members to join our fast casual team. You will support daily store operations, greet customers with a smile, and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment. You will also handle cash transactions and assist with food preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and move during shifts.
• Must be able to operate a cash register and handle cash.
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in running store operations during shifts.
• Coordinate with team to meet daily procedures with integrity.
• Greet and thank customers, provide friendly service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food prep equipment as needed.
• Operate cash register and cash handling per policies.
