Job summary

Firehouse Subs is hiring part-time crew members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will be the face of Firehouse Subs on each shift, delivering friendly service and helping ensure a great customer experience.

As part of the team you will assist the General Manager with store operations, greet customers, process transactions, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards while providing an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in walk‑in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with integrity.
• Act in accordance with Firehouse Subs' policies and procedures.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience.
• Execute quality store operations and maintain clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions per policies.
