Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking team members for part-time positions in our fast casual restaurants. You will support store operations, assist the General Manager, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will be the face of Firehouse Sub’s, greet customers, and ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed with integrity. Ideal candidates can stand for long periods, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have basic computer and register skills.

Qualifications

• Part-time positions available in most locations.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts.
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily procedures with integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer and guest experience, greet customers with a smile and eye contact.
