Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise crew members, support daily operations, and uphold Wingstop standards of food quality and guest service. You will lead on-duty teams, coach staff, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient dining room and kitchen performance.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain efficiency during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed.
