The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant or leadership experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, accuracy and presentation meet Wingstop standards.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
