Responsibilities include supporting site managers, operating wash equipment safely, promoting loyalty programs, and keeping the grounds clean. Flexible availability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a cheerful attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and able to pass background screening.
• Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support site managers and supervise crewmembers.
• Greet customers with high-quality service.
• Explain wash packages and promotions.
• Promote Loyalty and Rewards programs.
• Safely operate car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Guide customers safely through entry/exit.
• Perform cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Follow company policies.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
