Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking a Store Leader to guide front-line teams at our Oklahoma location. You will lead daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving membership growth.

Role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in a loud car wash environment. Health benefits and 401(k) are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged standing and operating the cash register or related equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow and support team by providing direction.
• Assist Store Leader with employment actions per policy.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforce proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintain cash accountability at POS registers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Drive memberships by increasing car volume and guest loyalty.
• Partner with Store Leader to analyze daily trends and make decisions.
