Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is hiring for an on-site role at Okie Express Auto Wash in Edmond, OK. The candidate will train and support crew members, manage new hire paperwork, and ensure safety procedures are followed, while assisting the Site Manager with scheduling and reporting.

The position requires 40+ hours, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and a benefits package are available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Comprehend written and verbal instructions and carry them out.
• Must possess excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have the ability to lift 50 with or without an accommodation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time wisely.
• Satisfactorily meet the probationary period monthly reviews and time limit expectations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and complex tasks.
• Ability to pass a contingent background check.

Responsibilities

• Train and support current and incoming Crew Members.
• Complete New Hire paperwork with new Team Members.
• Verify Shift Leaders and Crew Members are following all proper procedures and safety protocols while at work.
• Assist in constructing an employee schedule that considers daily demand and labor percentage of your respective car wash location.
• Support the Site Manager in tracking Crew Member hours to control labor cost.
• Provide clear and concise daily verbal reports to the Site Manager regarding daily operations.
• Assume Manager responsibilities if the Site Manager is not at work and/or unavailable.
• Demonstrate knowledge and effectively communicate with customers regarding each of the Okie Express wash packages.
• Operate XPT machines and read the cash audit report; pull money for deposits when needed.
• Develop and maintain understanding of car wash equipment; perform maintenance and troubleshoot on site.
• Ensure vehicles entering the tunnel are in good condition for washing; identify damage prior to washing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and cleanliness after wash.
• Handle customer complaints and damage claims; complete paperwork per procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to dress code.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members.
• Complete end of month paperwork and audits.
• Guarantee completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as written on the checklist.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, and equipment upkeep.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to order inventory for chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms.
