Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking friendly, reliable teammates to join Okie Express Auto Wash in Chickasha. You will greet customers, explain wash packages, and help deliver a top-notch car wash experience.

Responsibilities include supporting site managers, operating wash equipment safely, promoting loyalty programs, and keeping the grounds clean. Flexible availability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a cheerful attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and able to pass background screening.
• Ability to stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support site managers and supervise crewmembers.

What You Will Do

• Support managers operating the car wash sites and supervising tasks of crewmembers.
• Greet and engage customers by delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages and promotions.
• Explain and recommend Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to retail customers.
• Safely utilize car wash equipment and chemicals.
• Guide customers to safely enter or exit the car wash tunnel and while operating equipment.
• Cleaning tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping the lot, and general upkeep of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• A team player that creates joy for each customer experience.
• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs, and operate in a fast-moving environment with or without accommodation.
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in an outdoor climate during seasonal weather conditions.
• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Able to pass a contingent background screening.
