Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC seeks an Operations Leader for Okie Express Auto Wash in Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on growing membership sales and meeting site goals while managing cash, inventory, staff, and safety.

You will supervise the site team, handle customer and employee relations, coordinate with the District/Market Manager, and ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with company policies. This position requires flexibility, outdoor work, and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Grow membership sales and meet site sales goals.
• Manage car wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and cash deposits.
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms.
• Communicate daily with District or Market Manager regarding concerns and questions.
• Assess and resolve vehicle damage complaints.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance of team members.
• Administer feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer and team member complaints, including HR collaboration.
• Maintain understanding of site equipment; perform maintenance and troubleshoot on-site equipment.
• Oversee employee safety and respond to safety incidents.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times.
• Follow company rules and policies and escalate policy violations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Essential Functions

• Responsible for growing membership sales and meeting overall sales goals for the site.
• Manage car wash site financial accounting, invoicing, labor, and reconciling and depositing cash.
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms are kept in stock.
• Communicate daily with District or Market Manager regarding any concerns/issues and answer questions.
• Assess, communicate, and resolve vehicle damage complaints.
• Manage proper staffing, training, and performance of team members, assistant site managers, and support staff.
• Administer feedback and disciplinary action to team members as needed.
• Satisfactorily resolve customer and team member complaints, including partnering with Human Resources.
• Maintain an understanding of how site equipment works; perform maintenance on car wash equipment and troubleshoot inoperable equipment on site.
• Oversee safety of employees and car wash site and respond to safety incidents appropriately.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication at all times.
• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures, including escalating matters that may violate company policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
