Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor (TS) to lead shift execution and deliver memorable customer experiences on site. You will drive operational decisions as the senior on-site leader, coordinating associates and resources to keep service smooth.

In this role, you will motivate the team, enforce policies, and ensure safety while optimizing daily operations. A 4-day work week option is available to balance personal commitments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to associates, driving productivity and performance.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling procedures.
