Walgreens Co. is seeking an associate to open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash and transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for the business day. You will assist with deliveries, returns, and upselling customer service to create a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, inventory control, and collaboration with management to maintain store standards and operational readiness throughout shifts.

Qualificações

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and system start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops; provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance as needed.
